Your Golf Tour is now two events into its maiden season, and so far it has been a raging success. Over 25 million views have been accumulated over the six videos released to date, with the event going toe-to-toe with the Internet Invitational as the most popular series in YouTube golf. On this page, we’ll keep you up-to-date with all the latest information surrounding the next event.

When is the next Your Golf Tour event?
Filming for the third Your Golf Tour event has already taken place, with the participants posting about it soon after the second event at Rams Hill was released. The date that this event at Cutalong will be released, however, has not yet been revealed.
A couple of things worth noting. There are still two more events to run this season, and presumably they will be released this year. The YGT organisers will also be keen to avoid dropping any videos at the same time as the Internet Invitational comes out, and while we don’t know the exact date for that either, it was released from late-October through mid-November last year.
We’ve also had confirmation via a competition which gives you the chance to go to the YGT Final in Las Vegas that it will be held on November 4-5. So with all that info, here’s our educated guess: expect the Cutalong event to be released sometime in mid-October, and the final in Las Vegas in late November/early December.
Where is the next Your Golf Tour event being played?
Cutalong Golf Course is located at Tributer Resort in Virginia. I could tell you all about it, but why not let the man himself, George Bryan, do the talking instead? These are a couple of excerpts from his latest Bryan Brief, a weekly newsletter he sends out to subscribers.
“Cutalong is not the same examination as the first two venues.
The par threes are a proper collection. Four of them, and some of the hardest I have played in a long time. Everything is a four, five or six iron and above. The one short one was 160 or 170 uphill, so a seven or eight.
The par fives are not driver wedge or driver nine iron either. It is driver three wood, driver hybrid, driver driver. Tricky greens on top of all that.
The first two venues were easier, and that is not a knock on them. You get firm, fast fairways and perfect greens, which are ideal scoring conditions. This one is a more unique golf course.”
“This one played a bit softer. They had a lot of rain, so the greens were not as firm as I am sure they would have liked.
Quality-wise though, they were superior. Pure bentgrass.
And here is the bit some of you will spot. The same people own Cutalong and Black Desert. If you watched the PGA Tour event there, or the Skins Game with Bob and Grant, you will see it. Big greens, big ballpark.
It is a fun golf course, and I think it is going to produce great drama, great moments and good golf.”
Some of that will come as welcome news to many. One of the criticisms of the event at Rams Hill was that the players were able to shoot too low - some very accessible par 5’s, easy pins and the like. Sounds like this one was a lot more of a challenge.
When is the next Your Golf Tour set to be released?
We still don’t know for sure, but as mentioned above, it’s been filmed already and a mid-October release date seems most likely. While the first event was released on a Monday-Thursday-Monday schedule, the second came out over the course of a fortnight - one video each Monday. They obviously felt the initial schedule was too quick for people to keep up, so expect them to stick to the Monday-Monday-Monday schedule this time around.
