When Is the Next Your Golf Tour Event? Release Date and Location Info

It’s now been over a month since the first Your Golf Tour event was released to a rapturous reception, with its three videos having accumulated over 13 million views and counting. With three more events to come over the remainder of the year, attention has now turned to when fans can expect the next instalment and, with doubts surfacing about whether the initial venue will still be hosting it, where it will be played.

When is the next Your Golf Tour event?

Ryan Ruffels and Brad Dalke confirmed in the last couple of days that filming for the second event is set to begin next week. This is similar to how information was distributed prior to the initial event, with the competitors posting videos to their Instagram revealing they were filming rather than any official announcement.

Of course, with the videos coming in at a collective 14-and-a-half hours, there is plenty for the editorial team to do between filming and release, but George Bryan confirmed in typically surreptitious fashion that it would be coming out by the end of August. Responding to a video posted by Scratch Golf Show on Instagram about the second event which queried whether it would take months for the second tournament to be filmed, edited and released, the Bryan Bros account responded:

“Not months. Will be out in August!”

That’s as official an announcement as they’ve given, but it’s good enough for us.

Where is the next Your Golf Tour event being played?

There has been plenty of speculation about where the second 2026 Your Golf Tour event is going to take place, with most sources seeming confident that Teeth of the Dog in the Dominican Republic will not play host as was initially planned. And on Monday, August 3, the week the event started filming, this was confirmed. Instead, the second Your Golf Tour event will be taking place at Rams Hill Golf Club, with Ryan Ruffels among the first to confirm its location in a post on Instagram.

Located in the Anza-Borrego Desert in California, Rams Hill was rebuilt in the mid-2000s by Tom Fazio. The course has in the past crept into Golf Digest’s list of the top 100 public courses in America, debuting on the list in 2021-22 in 98th spot.

So gradually, info about the second YGT event is coming to hand. Its location is now confirmed, filming is underway, and while we don’t have an exact release date, it’s been confirmed that it will be out within August. Assuming they follow the Monday-Thursday-Monday release of the three videos like last time, we’re most likely looking at the first video dropping on the 24th or 31st of August - unless the editors can turn it around in under 2 weeks, which would be some effort.

We’ll be keeping a keen eye out for any new information, so be sure to check back on YT Golf Talk for new updates as they come to hand.
