Good at golf? Very. Horvat was a Div II collegiate golfer and has a handicap comfortably into the plus numbers. His ability is overshadowed by the fact that he does videos with the Bryan Bros and like, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, but he is an extremely good golfer.

Why is he famous? Horvat rose to fame as a member of Good Good in its early days, before using that as a launchpad for his own channel in late 2022. Good as Good Good is, it’s hard to argue with that decision given the success he’s gone on to have. Horvat’s success is a combination of excellent quality content – his Major Cut series with the Bryan Bros a prime example – as well as his relatable, friendly, yee-haw sort of demeanour.

Funny? It feels mean to say anything remotely negative about a guy as smiley as Grant Horvat, but compared to some other YouTube Golf creators, funny is probably not the first word that springs to mind. But what he lacks in one-liners, he makes up for in an incredibly upbeat, fun-loving demeanour (BLEHA)  

Would he fart in your backswing? Absolutely not. Grant is the nice-guy of YouTube Golf, a man of the lord, and it would not be a surprise if he had never farted in his life, let alone in someone else’s backswing.

What’s he doing on a Saturday night? Praying to the good lord and watching YouTube golf with his beloved wife.

Meltdown potential? Minimal. The angriest reaction you’re likely to get from Grant is a ‘goshdarnit’.
